Returns and Refunds
We guarantee to refund any item which you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition (unused, unopened with the tamper evident seal in tact) within 14 days of the date we dispatch the item to you. Items should be returned new, unused, and with the tamper evident sealed lid still in tact. Returns that are opened, damaged or used WILL NOT be accepted and WILL be sent back to you at your expense.
YESCBD.co.uk will refund the purchased price of the item(s) excluding postage and packaging costs and the cost for you to return the item.
YESCBD.co.uk reserves the right to refuse refunds for item(s) that are not returned in original condition.
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Damaged / Defective Items
In order to return goods you must first contact us with the order number and return the goods within 14 days from the date we dispatch the item.
All our orders are hand checked for any defects or damage prior to shipment, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with the order number and the reason for return within 7 days of receipt to obtain an authorisation number for the exchange or return.
Damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the return authorisation number within 14 days of dispatch.
We will reimburse the return postage paid when returning faulty items only up to the value of the original delivery charge (this does not affect your statutory rights). Once we verify the defect described in your correspondence to us, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
If the item(s) are sent to us after the 14 day period, we are unable to process the return/exchange and the item will be sent back to you.
